Terms & Conditions

All our chauffeurs check for any items left in our cars. Should any items be found, they will be returned to the hirer by post. Any items too large or expensive to post will need to be collected from our office upon request.

We have a no smoking, eating or drinking policy in all our vehicles

Should any of our vehicles be required for longer than the agreed time period, hire will be charged at £30 per half hour.
Our routes are always pre-planned to ensure the best possible route. Should a route have to be amended due to an accident, emergency, extreme weather conditions or customer requesting a different route, we will not accept responsibility for late arrivals or losses incurred.

In the very unlikely event of an emergency, breakdown, accident or unforeseen extreme weather conditions, we reserve the right to offer substitute vehicles of similar specification, and/or offer full refunds.

If a less expensive vehicle has to be used in replacement of the original vehicle ordered due to unforeseen circumstances, a price adjustment will be made, and you will be refunded any difference.

We will cater for any reasonable requests when carrying out Weddings, subject to them being discussed with us prior to arriving.
Any ceremonial traditions which include ‘pushing of the vehicle’, ‘placing items that are to be broken, under the wheels’, or’ throwing of coins’ on or under the vehicle are not to be carried out.

Any damage caused to the vehicle during the period of hire will be charged at full cost either by debiting from the credit card on file, or by invoice.

The hirer will be held completely responsible and liable for all costs including loss of earnings incured whilst the vehicle is under repair.

‘American Dreams’ reserve the right to terminate any agreement immediately should any of our conditions not be complied with. All funds paid up to that point would remain with ‘American Dreams’.

Cancellation: A fee of 50% of the hire cost will be charged to the hirer for cancellations made within 30 days of the date of hire, and 100% of the hire cost for cancellations made within 48 hours of the date of hire.

All deposits are non refundable

The customer who has booked the vehicle will be solely responsible for all aspects of the vehicle hire

Any parking fines incurred, where our chauffeur is requested to wait in an undesignated area will be the responsibility of the hirer.

Complaints/refunds: We pride ourselves on our professionalism, along with our immaculately presented vehicles and chauffeurs, however, in the very unlikely event that you feel unhappy with the service we provide, you must send your complaint in writing within 7 days to our office address. Any complaints will be investigated; if it is found that we have been at fault in any way for not supplying the service agreed, a refund may then be applicable (excluding deposits paid). The refund may vary in accordance with the nature of the complaint.

‘American Dreams’ reserves the right to amend, change, delete or add to these terms and conditions.
